Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Saturdays. Orders placed on Sunday or any gazette holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through online payment system have go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further.
Custom Duties Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS
At House of Faiza, we aim to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite Pakistani designer outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Returns policy so that if for any reason you do decide to cancel your order, or seek returns/ refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem.
RETURNS PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, you must complete the returns form here. Item(s) returned without completing the returns form will be rejected and may incur redelivery charges.
When returning your item(s), you must ensure the item(s) is/are not Outlet/Sale, unused and in the same condition that you received it/them with all tags attached, original packaging and any promotional gift(s) associated with the item(s). Should your return be accepted, your credit note refund*/exchange will be processed when we confirm receipt for your item(s). Eligible cash/card refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
*Please note - Credit note is only valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
ELIGIBLE CASH/CARD REFUNDS
Only products that are damaged/faulty, delayed by more than 3 weeks from their mentioned dispatch date are eligible for a full cash/card refund.
RETURNS PERIOD
You must complete the returns form here and return the item(s) to HOF Returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
RETURNS OUTSIDE RETURN PERIOD
Any returns requested or received by HOF Returns after the period of 14 days from receipt, will be refused. If such goods are still sent back to us, we reserve the right of not offering you a refund.
We would in such a scenario need to send the item back to you which will incur a shipping charge, this would be payable by you upon request.
CANCELLATIONS
Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it and emailing our support team at support@houseoffaiza.co.pk. We will initiate 100% refund amount and confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Ethnic Designer statement to your wardrobe. Please note Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24-48 hours of the receipt of order.
You may also note that cancellation requests can only be approved by the support team and not via Facebook/Instagram or the Message Us button.
Why "24 Hour" deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In some cases a garment has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.
OUTLET/SALE ITEMS
There is a possibility that items marked as Outlet or Sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season/minor marking/slight damage or colour differences. Outlet or Sale items are non returnable and are excluded from the returns policy
SHIPPING CHARGES
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges.
If you are returning faulty goods or incorrect items, PK customers will be provided a free returns label via email. A free return label is not available for our International customers, we will therefore reimburse up to £19.99 to your order upon providing proof of shipment receipt. Please note if the returned items are not to be found faulty or incorrect item, a deduction of £6.99 will be made to cover the cost of the return label.
RESTOCKING FEE
If the return reason is other than defective, shipping error or incorrect items, then a restocking fee of £6.99 will be deducted from any refunds, credit notes or exchanges.
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
If you intend to return a purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods. Such goods remain your responsibility until they reach us in the same condition to when you received them
All returns will be inspected upon being received, please refrain from damaging the goods during inspection or whilst trying them on for size, including the original packaging and labels/tags.
We do not accept liability for any goods which do not reach us. We therefore advise that any goods which are returned are done so using a recorded delivery service and proof of postage is retained. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event of damage being caused to our goods.
It is your responsibility to ensure you're aware of our returns policy and we will not take any liability or offer any flexibility for noncompliance with this policy.

Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.
Product dispatch dates are based off previous estimated times of deliverance, unfortunately we are unable to anticipate any customs or designer delays. The colour of a product may change/differ a little from what is shown on our website. This can be due to light variation at the time of photography and/or due to the way digital media devices display colours and also the designers Photoshop editing.
From time to time beading/ sequences may get displaced and this is not thought of as a fault but is due to the nature of the handmade work. We are not to be held responsible for variation and or beading/sequences displacement.
Please note that these articles of clothing should be worn with care and all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing, using another method than advised.

All of our dresses are stitched as per the style shown in the images. Each dress purchased will include the following:
Shirt/Kameez stitched as per image – Please Note: Crop tops, Dropped shoulder, low necks, backless and three quarter trousers are adjusted modestly. (Lining is provided with all transparent shirts)
Bottoms stitched as per image
Sleeves styled as per image (sleeveless suits will be provided with stitched separate sleeves)
Dupatta will be stitched and accessorised as per image
Separate undershirt included (if shown)
