All products purchased from Mahajar Studio can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to @mahajarstudio.com and calling at +923026632982, 0553836732. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@mahajarstudio or WhatsApp us at +92-322-847-1569, to proceed with exchange or return process.
Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by MS.
Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online in same brand's product, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. Mahajar Studio has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.
There are some cases where Mahajar Studio will not accept any Returns & Exchange. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following: Sale items Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days) Product is damaged because of use Product has been tampered Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing. Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
Mahajar Studio does not offer any “refund” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects. In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your bank account within 15 days once the item is returned. MS reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
International Orders
We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders.
